About the Role

As a Principal Planner at OXBO, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the planning process for our Solar & BESS projects. This includes co-ordinating planning and permitting activities, assisting with or leading on consent applications, and managing pre- and post-commencement planning processes.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate planning and permitting activities across the business.
  • Advise on planning aspects of complex schemes, including Town and Country Planning, Development Consent Order, Transport and Works Act etc.
  • Co-ordinate and manage specialist external consultants, public consultations, and report writing.
  • Liaise with local authorities, design teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and progression of projects.
  • Review planning applications prior to submission.
