About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at The Sesame Centre in Rugby. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Empower individuals to make informed decisions and take control of their lives
  • Develop and implement daily living skills to promote independence
  • Support individuals to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training, or friendships
  • Contribute to and develop individual care plans to meet their unique needs
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and external professionals
  • Maintain the health and well-being of individuals in our care
