Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on policy and practice in safeguarding and protecting people

  • Contribute to our Council's commitment to improve how we protect the public

Requirements:

  • Senior level experience in leading or managing culture change and/or organisational development
  • Ability to devote at least 3 days a month to the Council
  • Annual allowance (currently £15,166 a year) and reasonable expenses

About Us:

We are a registered charity in England and Wales and in Scotland, dedicated to improving the way we regulate nursing and midwifery. Our values – to be fair, kind, collaborative, and ambitious – underpin everything we do.

We Welcome Applications:

From Black and minority ethnic communities, as we strive to reflect the professions we regulate and the people they care for. We also welcome applications from across all four nations: England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
