About The Role

  • As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes.
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop a care plan that meets their individual requirements.
  • You will be responsible for providing a range of care and support services, including personal care, medication management, and domestic support.
  • You will work as part of a team to ensure that clients receive high-quality care and support that meets their needs and promotes their independence and wellbeing.
  • You will be required to maintain accurate records and reports, and contribute to the development of care plans and policies.

  • You will be a naturally caring and compassionate person, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • You will be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You will have a strong sense of empathy and understanding, with the ability to work with clients who may have complex needs and requirements.
  • You will be required to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies and procedures.
