Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of a diverse client portfolio, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets, providing strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls, ensuring the integrity of financial data and processes.

- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, a finalist or qualified by experience.
- A proven track record of working with clients within practice.
- Working knowledge of accounting software, including Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, cloud software, and CCH.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Self-motivated and able to oversee workflow.
- A team player able to bring out the best in others.
- Confidently mentor junior team members, in a positive and constructive manner.
