About the Role:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Year 6 Teacher to join our school in Ascot Bracknell Forest. The successful candidate will be responsible for the pastoral care of children, promoting teamwork and cultivating a conducive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Teaching the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children while also focusing on each individual child's learning targets.
  2. Keeping track of children's progress and occasionally reporting back to parents.

Requirements:

  • A qualified teacher status (QTS) PGCE or equivalent.
  • Experience in teaching Year 6 students and preparing them for SATs exams.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons and achieving excellent academic results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Patience, resilience, and a passion for teaching.
  • A willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues.
