Job Description:

This is a pivotal role within our team, responsible for managing and enhancing our cloud-based systems. You will work closely with our CTO and cross-functional teams to develop solutions that address business challenges through effective technology integration.

You will be responsible for utilising APIs to create and maintain integrations between our SaaS platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and automation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a hands-on technical role, with proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Teams, and SharePoint administration.

Bonus: Basic knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft certifications is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration: Engage with business teams to understand their challenges and translate these into technical solutions
  • Integration Development: Utilise APIs to create and maintain integrations between our SaaS platforms
  • Workflow Automation: Identify opportunities for automating business processes, research and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
  • Data Management: Use Python for data cleaning, transformation, and management as it moves between systems
  • Salesforce Customisation: Implement basic enhancements and configurations in Salesforce to align with business needs
  • Cloud Administration: Manage and administer Microsoft Azure, Teams, and SharePoint to optimise collaboration and data management
  • Security and Compliance: Implement cybersecurity best practices to protect systems and data, ensuring compliance with regulations and safeguarding sensitive information
  • Project Management: Independently manage your workload, balancing day-to-day tasks with longer-term projects
