We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to lead our dynamic team at Custom House Surgery. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key leadership role, driving the success of our practice and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the practice, including staff management, patient services, and information management. They will work closely with the Practice Business Manager and Partners to develop and implement strategies that enhance patient experience, improve clinical outcomes, and drive business growth.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in practice management, with experience of working in a similar setting and a deep understanding of the NHS and primary care landscape.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the practice's administrative team, including rotas, leave, and locum cover
  • Overseeing the registration process, patient surveys, and complaints management
  • Liaising with patients, stakeholders, and external agencies as required
  • Working with the IT department to ensure seamless system integration and effective data security
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave entitlement.
