Job Summary

As a Power Generation Engineer at Speedy Generator and Compressor Power Depot in Tamworth, you will work Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, with 42 hours per week. Our company, Speedy, is the UK's leading hire provider, offering a wide range of tools, equipment, and support services for every job. We have over 100 generators on our fleet, ranging from 20 kVA to high-capacity machines, many of which are equipped with telematics and synced using Comap or Deep Sea panels. Your role will involve servicing and repairing these machines, as well as our compressor range, which includes units from 10 cfm to high-capacity compressors with Stage V engines. Key Responsibilities
  • Full driving license
  • Experience in maintaining and repairing similar equipment
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to work alone under pressure and as part of a team
  • Flexible approach to hours
