Service and Installation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Service and Installation Engineer to join our team at Coalesce Recruitment Limited. As a Service and Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for the final test of instruments post-production, including electrical and mechanical inspection and overall performance of the instruments and software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site installation, training, and customer demonstrations on delivered instruments
  • On-site and back to base maintenance, emergency service, and hardware and software upgrades
  • Provide telephone and email technical support to customers

Requirements:

  • Qualified to HNC or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering or Physics
  • At least 12 months commercial experience in test engineering, inspection, assembly, service engineering, or support capacity
  • Understanding of temperature control, electrical wiring, and instrumentation
  • Full UK diving licence and current passport
