We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting our assigned Business Development Manager in generating new business opportunities and servicing administration needs.


Job Summary:

This role requires excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, self-motivation, and the ability to build rapport with people. You will work closely with our Business Development Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Business Development Manager in generating new business opportunities
  • Servicing administration needs, including data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
  • Organisational Abilities: Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines
  • Social Confidence: A high level of social confidence, enabling you to build rapport with people and establish strong relationships

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits and bonuses.
