We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to join our team. As a Business Development Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Global RFP Specialist in the development and submission of proposals to clients. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support, maintaining the RFPIO/Responsive Answer Bank Library, and overseeing the RFP project timeline from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Global RFP Specialist.
- Maintain the RFPIO/Responsive Answer Bank Library.
- Oversee the RFP project timeline from beginning to end.
- Help with assignment of questions to SMEs and monitoring their work.
- Work with internal subject matter experts to develop consistent, compelling responses to proposal requirements.
- Coordinate user access, training, and integration with Salesforce.
- Help build standard proposal templates based on Business Unit and Buying Centers.
- Assist with reporting metrics.
This is a global role supporting AME, EMEA, and APAC. If you are a motivated self-starter with excellent time management skills and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience with 1 year of experience in either the completion of RFPs, RFIs, and Due Diligence requests or in a relevant function such as Client Reporting & Sales Presentations Production, Sales Ops, or Customer Support.
- Familiar with RFPIO/Responsive or similar RFP repository.
- Project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Excellent time management - ability to work under tight timelines and meet deadlines.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated self-starter with ability to implement tactical initiatives.
