We're seeking a highly skilled Mobile Air Conditioning Service Specialist to join our team at Air Conditioning Ltd. In this rewarding role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients across various industrial and commercial premises.

About the Role

As a Service Engineer, your primary goal is to diagnose, fault-find, and fix problems efficiently. You'll work on a wide range of air conditioning systems, including large-scale industrial units and smaller commercial applications. With our extensive network of client sites, you'll have the opportunity to work in diverse settings, from food processing facilities to offices and domestic properties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Diagnose and repair air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure
  • Conduct site surveys to identify potential issues and recommend solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and communicate effectively with clients
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience as a mobile air conditioning service engineer
  • Refrigerant handling certification (C&G2079 or equivalent) and a full UK driving license
  • An industry-specific training qualification (NVQ2 level) would be an added advantage
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:

  • A generous basic wage plus paid travel time, overtime, and standby rates
  • Excellent training opportunities
  • 25 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays, increasing with service
  • Working hours are 40 hours per week, plus overtime
  • Engineers take turns to be on standby for out-of-hours calls and are paid a standby allowance plus overtime if called out
