Primary Care Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Nurse to join our team at HMP Dovegate, a category B Prison located in Uttoxeter. This is a full-time position, with an annual salary up to £38,115 per annum, depending on experience. Part-time consideration is also available.
About the RoleAs a Primary Care Nurse, you will work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse-led service and prevent hospital admissions. You will use your skills and knowledge to deliver nurse-led clinics to your patient group while being supported by a multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based care to patients, seeking out and acting on their feedback to ensure personalized care.
- Deliver non-judgmental care that makes a real difference, as defined by our Health in Justice competency framework.
