Key Responsibilities:- Project manage design projects in accordance with approved procedures to develop new products, concepts, and delivery systems.
- Curate, assemble, and maintain product design files, establishing consistent records for design history.
- Make changes to product design specifications that add value to the product, user experience, safety, and performance.
- Establish records for design projects.
- Conduct market research, competitor research, and global sales intelligence to support sales with the introduction of products to the global market.
- Communication skills to establish connections with people at every level and understand and be understood.
- Organisation skills to work on multiple projects simultaneously and keep clear and accurate records.
- Humility to listen, admit mistakes, and have empathy.
- Project management experience in a scientific or technical or engineering industry.
- Degree-level education or up to A-levels or equivalent as a minimum with proven experience in project management.
- Ideal Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly within the science or biotechnology industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
