Store Manager

Acorns Children's Hospice is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our Tewkesbury Superstore team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for achieving set targets, creating an exceptional customer experience, and driving sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing stock levels. They will also be comfortable working weekends and have strong IT skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing inspired leadership and motivation to a team of volunteers and deputy managers
- Acting as an entrepreneur to maximise every sales opportunity available
- Creating an exciting shop floor experience that sets us apart from competitors
- Managing collections and deliveries of furniture and large items
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £29,000 - £35,000 per annum, 37.5 hours per week, and a range of benefits including employee discounts, gym membership, and bike-to-work scheme.
