Change Manager Opportunity

Eden Scott's client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join their Investment Operations Implementation team in Edinburgh. This role will support the Operations Transition and Change Manager in coordinating, prioritizing, and managing change activities within the EMEA operations team.

As part of a dynamic team reporting to the Head of Global Investment Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing three key streams of change: Operations-specific initiatives, enterprise-wide change led by the PMO, and managing the change program with the outsourced Middle Office service provider.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in change management, with experience in funds management and a strong understanding of business analysis and documentation skills. Integration and UAT experience are essential, and prior responsibility for delivering a change program is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities will include applying a structured change management process and tools to support project and initiative adoption, designing and delivering change communications, conducting impact analysis and assessing change readiness, and collaborating with operations, business units, and external suppliers to gather and translate business requirements.

Required capabilities include experience in funds management, proven change management or business analyst experience, strong data and business analysis skills, and integration and UAT experience. Experience with Charles River and Aladdin is an advantage.
