At Home Instead, we are seeking a dedicated Support Partner to join our CQC Outstanding team. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older adults, enabling them to remain independent in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and people skills, with a passion for delivering dementia support and home care in Stokesley and surrounding areas.

This is a unique chance to work consistently with the same clients, providing minimum 1-hour visits every time. With flexible hours based on your availability, you can choose when and how much you want to work.

We offer a competitive starting rate of £13.00 per hour, ranging up to £20.00 per hour. In addition to this, you will receive holiday pay, paid mileage, and access to a range of employee benefits.

As a Support Partner, you will be part of a supportive office team that prioritizes your well-being and provides ongoing training and development opportunities.

Key responsibilities include caring for the same clients week in, week out, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional care.
