Strategic Engagement Manager

The Engagement and Employee Voice Manager is a key position at Forvis Mazars, responsible for driving and enhancing employee engagement, facilitating open channels of communication, and ensuring a clear approach to continuous feedback and listening.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver an approach that drives employee engagement and enhances the employee experience.
- Work with the Inclusion and Engagement Senior Manager and Director of People Experience to ensure the company culture is understood and embedded.
- Develop and implement a strategic approach to engagement and listening that embeds the company culture.
- Manage the end-to-end process of annual and pulse engagement surveys, driving impactful actions in collaboration with the HRBP team.
- Present survey findings and actions to senior leadership, engaging them in a credible and commercial way.
- Represent the UK in Group forums as the UK subject matter expert in relation to engagement.
- Analyse, communicate, and cascade results across the firm, working collaboratively with HRBPs to create bespoke action plans.
- Design and implement an approach where listening to teams and understanding people experience is central to the strategic approach.
- Creation of structured mechanisms for focus groups, feedback loops, and working with established junior leadership teams and the inclusion alliance.
- Use external insight, data, and trends to operationalize an approach to engagement that takes into account a multigenerational, multicultural, and diverse team.
- Work closely with the internal communications team to create a communications plan and a culture of listening that builds openness and psychological safety.
- Lead the approach to campaigns such as 'Speak Up' to drive a culture focused on transparency and trust.
- Ownership for robust governance and the creation of a culture dashboard to measure and track process on culture.
- Take responsibility for actions and commitments made by regulators in relation to engagement and culture.
- Track and monitor KPIs in relation to engagement, using insights to drive continuous improvements.
- Present data and insight on a regular basis to senior leadership.
- Takes responsibility and operates at pace in a collaborative way to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Strong communicator who takes the time to truly understand key stakeholders and the needs of their team and clients.
- Ability to use data to drive analytical decision-making.
- Demonstrates an ability to bring external insights and natural curiosity to drive a best-in-class approach.
- Proven project management experience, working with multiple stakeholders to drive change and implement process improvements.
- A forward-thinking, innovative mindset with the self-motivation, curiosity, and drive needed to make a genuine difference.
