Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Employment Associate Lawyer to join our team at QC Legal. As an Employment Associate Lawyer, you will provide expert legal advice on employment law matters to a diverse client base, including business owners, HR professionals, in-house lawyers, public and private organisations, and senior employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all areas of employment law, including drafting employment documents, advising on maternity and paternity rights, dealing with discrimination and whistleblowing, addressing employee relations, overseeing disciplinary actions and grievances, facilitating mediation, and managing dismissals, redundancies, TUPE issues, and tribunal claims.
  • Provide expert legal advice on employment law matters to a diverse client base.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their employment law needs and provide tailored advice and solutions.

Requirements:

  • England & Wales qualified lawyer with a strong background in employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
