Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and on-boarding
  • Payroll and performance management
  • Providing guidance on HR processes and serving as a contact for staff and managers
  • Data Management: High computer literacy needed for payroll and time management systems

Requirements

  • CIPD Level 3 (or working toward it-financial support may be available)
  • Strong HR experience and knowledge of UK employment law
