**Job Title:** 7.5t Home Delivery Driver

**Work Location:** (Remote)

**Job Role:**

  • **Delivering Excellence:** Complete multi-drop Home Deliveries into customers' homes with precision and care.

  • **Team Collaboration:** Work as part of a 2-person crew, either alongside an experienced driver's mate or another driver, to ensure seamless delivery operations.

  • **Product Knowledge:** Deliver a range of bulky household goods, including White Goods, furniture, and electricals, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • **Delivery Efficiency:** Complete between 15-25 deliveries per shift, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

  • **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional Customer Service by being friendly when delivering, calling ahead to customers, and ensuring a positive experience.

**Requirements for the Role:**

  • **Driving Credentials:** Hold a valid C1 driving license entitlement (7.5t) and a CPC & Digi Tacho card.

  • **Driving Record:** Have no more than 6 penalty points and no DD/IN driving offenses.

  • **Physical Demands:** Be physically fit, with lifting aids provided and manual handling training offered, to handle heavy goods up flights of stairs and into customers' homes.

  • **Interpersonal Skills:** Possess a friendly, polite nature, as you will be the face of the business and interact with customers regularly.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

**Hourly Rate:** £14.62 per hour

**Overtime Rate:** £21.75 per hour after 45 hours
