About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining process control instrumentation equipment, including transmitters, controllers, and analysers. They will also assist in the installation and commissioning of new plant facilities and work alongside specialist vendor service engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain process control instrumentation equipment, including regular checks and repairs.
  2. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new plant facilities.
  3. Work alongside specialist vendor service engineers to ensure efficient and effective equipment servicing.
  4. Liaise with contractors to ensure they adhere to issued permits and perform their work to acceptable standards.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience in maintenance, specifically on equipment related to process control instrumentation and/or electrical systems.
  • Possess instrument qualification (apprenticeship or NVQ level 3) with a good working knowledge in electrical.

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £45,000 and £51,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, the successful candidate will receive call-out gym and private health cover.
