Seeking an Experienced Optical Assistant

We are a high street optician looking for a professional Optical Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service and eyewear experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and care
• Assist with eyewear selection, fittings, and adjustments
• Manage administrative tasks efficiently and effectively
• Work collaboratively as part of a team

Requirements:

• Previous optical experience is essential
• Proven track record in sales and customer service
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A passion for style, attention to detail, and a positive attitude

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to £25,000 per year, including a bonus scheme after a 3-month probationary period
• Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (including some weekends)
