About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious individual to assist our construction teams with various tasks and projects. As a General Labourer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe working environment and collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support construction teams with tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
2. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols, identifying potential hazards, and implementing corrective measures.
3. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts promptly.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a General Labourer on construction projects, with a proven track record of safety compliance and teamwork.
• CSCS card required, demonstrating your commitment to industry standards and best practices.
• Availability of 2 recent work references, showcasing your skills and reliability.

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive weekly salary of 625 pounds will be paid every Friday, providing a stable income for our successful candidate.

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime if desired, offering flexibility and potential for regular work through our agency in the local area.
