About the Role
As a Heavy Machinery Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, and repair of equipment, as well as performing plant hire functions. You will work closely with the team to ensure efficient daily operations and provide excellent customer service. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent organisational skills, and a customer-focused approach to service.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance, cleaning, and repair of equipment
  • Perform plant hire functions, including loading and unloading
  • Set up contracts on the MCS ERP system, managing the end-to-end process
  • Handle day-to-day processes in MCS, including raising contracts, managing collections, off-hires, and purchase orders
  • Assist customers at the trade counter and provide delivery services
  • Provide customer support over the telephone
  • Support general activities within the plant hire department


What We Offer
