We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified or soon-to-be qualified RMN to join our dynamic team and take the first step in their career as a mental health nurse. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients on our acute wards, working closely with colleagues to develop and implement individual care plans, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding written reports based on nursing assessments and observations
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to develop and improve our services
  • Attend training and engage in continuing professional development to enhance your knowledge and skills
  • Ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained in accordance with NMC guidelines
  • Administer prescribed medicines in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines
Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic RMN who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

A current valid registration with the NMCKnowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 and the latest nursing practicesA focus on patient recovery and risk managementA commitment to empowering and supporting service user independenceWhat We Offer
