Leadership Opportunity in Veterinary Medicine
Provost Veterinary Group is seeking an experienced leader to take on the role of Clinical Director at our practice in St Andrews, Fife.
- Oversee Clinical Operations and Team Management: Lead the veterinary team in practice, overseeing clinical operations and team management to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Implement Best Practices: Implement best practices in veterinary medicine, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the field.
- Develop Staff: Support the development of staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to junior vets to help them grow and succeed.
- Collaborate with Practice Manager: Work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic, making decisions that drive business success.
- Clinical Benchmarking and Financial Performance: Be involved in clinical benchmarking and financial performance, driving business growth and profitability.
- Rota Patterns: Enjoy flexible rota patterns, working up to 40 hours per week across 5 days, with 1:6 Saturdays and no OOH.
