Support Individuals in Recovery

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Via Harrow service in the borough of Harrow. This exciting role will provide an opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals struggling with substance misuse.

The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver an effective and safe service, covering duty, referrals, and assessments. Responsibilities will include managing a caseload of clients, providing interventions at various stages of their recovery, and developing and delivering group sessions.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with external agencies to promote safe treatment and wellbeing. A commitment to delivering high-quality care and a passion for working with individuals in recovery are essential.

The Service

Via Harrow is a well-established community integrated service, providing a range of clinical interventions, including BBV & health interventions, OST, and community detox. The service is CQC registered and offers a supportive and friendly working environment.
