Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate delivery operations to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
  • Develop and implement effective delivery routes and schedules.
  • Monitor and maintain delivery vehicle maintenance.
  • Ensure accurate and complete delivery records and paperwork.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues.
  • Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driver's license (Category B or higher).
  • Previous experience in a similar role or as a Delivery Driver.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle and lift heavy items.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
