Park Plaza London Park Royal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team. As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the housekeeping department, supervising a team of room attendants, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of room attendants to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular room checks to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve housekeeping efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Monitor and report on housekeeping performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
