About the Role:

Maintaining a safe and secure environment is crucial for our customers and employees. As a Retail Security Officer, you will be responsible for patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel, providing a visible deterrent within the store. You will also complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.

Your role will involve working as part of a team to fulfill customer requirements and dealing with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner.

About You:
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and customer service skills, professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgment, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential. A valid SIA Licence or have applied for one is required, along with a full five-year checkable employment history.
