Job Summary:

Kings Security Systems Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Care:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment.
    • Respond to client concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with staff, visitors, and contractors.
  • Work Performance and Quality:
    • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and mitigate security risks.
    • Monitor surveillance equipment and review footage as necessary.
    • Control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel are allowed entry.
    • Respond promptly and effectively to alarms and incidents, ensuring the situation is handled appropriately and reported accurately.
  • Quality:
    • Ensure equipment is maintained and used in accordance with manufacturer's requirements.
    • Be correctly dressed in full uniform, as required by the client.
    • Set and maintain the highest personal and professional standards as an employee of Kings Security Systems Ltd.

Requirements:

  • SIA Licence or valid SIA training certificates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shift patterns in line with operational needs.
  • Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure, especially during emergencies.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of security protocols and procedures.
  • Familiarity with the use of surveillance systems and other security equipment.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Shift patterns may include day, night, and weekend shifts.

Salary: £11.52 per hour.

Location: In person.
