About the Role

The successful candidate will be a Trainee or Certificated Enforcement Agent based in the West Midlands, working from home or in the field. Once trained, they will be responsible for visiting properties of customers in debt, helping them reach the best solution to avoid further action.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visiting customers in debt to provide support and guidance.
  • Speaking with customers or neighbours to understand their situation and provide assistance.
  • Completing questionnaires and updating the system to ensure accurate records.
  • Taking control of goods and removing them if necessary, in accordance with company policies.
  • Planning work schedules and visits to properties to ensure efficient use of time.
