Community Pharmacy Support Role Available

We are a successful pharmacy business with a strong commitment to our community. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Relief Pharmacy Assistant.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of pharmacies, supporting our teams and contributing to the development of our pharmacy business.

As a Relief Pharmacy Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the Pharmacist in achieving business objectives.

About the Role:
  • Support the Pharmacist in developing the pharmacy business through effective customer service delivery and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide outstanding customer service standards and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  2. Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to drive business success and improve operational efficiency.
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and best practices across multiple pharmacies.
  4. Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Salary: $42,000 - $62,000 per annum based on location and experience.
