Enabling Support Worker

At Shaftesbury, we're committed to empowering individuals with the support they need to thrive. As a Bank Enabling Support Worker, you'll play a crucial role in providing encouragement and guidance to those we support.
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records, administering personal care and medication, and covering sleep-in sessions. You'll be rewarded with an additional £60 per sleep-in.
Shaftesbury Marion House is a residential care home for eight adults with intellectual disabilities, offering 24-hour care and support from experienced staff.
