About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Logistics Manager to join our team at HR Employment Ltd. As a key member of our fleet management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our vehicle fleet, including maintenance, repair, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Managing vehicle hire and rental agreements, including pre- and post-hire checks">
  3. Maintaining accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and fuel usage">
  4. Coordinating with external suppliers and workshops to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs">
  5. Processing customer payments and managing sundry debtors invoices">
  6. Ordering and issuing vehicle parts and goods from stock and external suppliers">
  7. Assisting in the full conception to disposal vehicle replacement programmes">

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an administrative support role in a busy operational environment">
  • Excellent organisational skills with a good eye for detail and ability to multi-task effectively">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel">
  • Flexible approach to working times">
  • Full, valid Class B UK Driving Licence">
  • Recognised qualifications in Maths and English">

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
