Kitchen Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Chef de Partie to join our client's team in Cambridge. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen in the day-to-day operation, contributing to delivering exceptional dining experiences, and maintaining high standards of hygiene, health and safety, and food quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Maintaining kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef de partie in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, serving up to 1800 customers per day across three busy kitchens.
