About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our community-based therapy team in Bideford, North Devon. As a vital member of the multidisciplinary team, the post holder will deliver clinical leadership and specialist assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and advice to patients and their carers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clinical leadership and specialist assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and advice to patients and their carers.
  • Work with the Therapy team lead to develop the service in line with patient need and trust-wide progress.
  • Ensure excellence within the Bideford community team through quality clinical leadership, initiating and partaking in service development, education programs, and delivery.
  • Supervise and mentor staff to ensure high-quality patient-centered care.
