About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled quality technician to join our Plymouth-based manufacturing facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products, driving continuous improvement and managing customer complaints. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will enable you to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborating with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance product quality.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to support quality management decisions.


The estimated salary for this role is up to £32,000 per annum, plus shift allowance and performance-related bonuses.
