Mobile Service Engineer

Nationwide Platforms, a leading provider of Powered Access rental equipment, is seeking a skilled Mobile Service Engineer to join their team in Scotland. As a Mobile Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and inspections of powered access machines at customer sites.

This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your engineering skills in a varied role and contribute to the success of a market leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform fault-finding, servicing, repairs, and maintenance of powered access equipment.
  2. Routine service and maintenance of all equipment and products.
  3. Complete relevant supporting paperwork in line with company procedures.
  4. Promote teamwork between colleagues to ensure effective workshop performance.
  5. Ensure the van is fully equipped with spare parts at all times.
  6. Maintain service records and update systems.

About You:

  1. Relevant general maintenance qualification and experience in the plant rental sector.
  2. Experience in plant, diesel engineering, auto electrics, hydraulics, and diagnostics/fault finding.
  3. Good interpersonal skills and understanding of excellent customer service.
