Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Bench Joiner to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a Bench Joiner, you will be responsible for performing high-end joinery tasks as instructed, working closely with our clients to deliver high-quality projects. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a competitive hourly rate and a range of benefits, including a pension fund, parking, and paid holidays.

About the Company:
Reactive Recruitment is a bespoke interior fit-out and refurbishment contractor specialising in hospitality, office, leisure, and residential projects. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Bench Joiner in high-end joinery
* Post-apprenticeship experience in furniture, carpentry, and joinery
* Ability to work with minimum instruction and independently
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A strong attention to detail and ability to produce quality workmanship

Estimated Salary:
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
