Philanthropy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Philanthropy Manager to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for cultivating and stewarding Major Donors, Trusts, and statutory bodies to drive significant income growth and develop fundraising cases of support and impact reporting.

• Develop and Execute Fundraising Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan, including annual plans, budgets, and KPIs, to drive long-term relationship and funding development.
• Grow Major Donor Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key Major Donors, Trusts, and statutory bodies through exceptional stewardship and relationship-building skills.
• Lead Fundraising Team: Provide leadership, coaching, and support to a team of experienced fundraisers to achieve strategic goals and drive income growth.
• Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with colleagues to create inspiring fundraising cases for support and impact reporting, and engage donors through special events.

• Proven Fundraising Experience: A track record of achieving income growth in philanthropy or major donor fundraising.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term plans and budgets, and drive strategic growth.
• Leadership and Team Management: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and developing staff.
• CRM and Data Analysis: Proficient in CRM systems, data analysis, and impact measurement.
