About The Role
As an Electronics Production Specialist, you will work under the guidance of your Team Leader and assist in the production of our products and electronic assemblies. You don't need any previous experience, just a great attitude and a willingness to learn. This role is just the start, you will have opportunities to progress in the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly of cables, harnesses, and other TT Electronics products under the supervision of your Team Leader.
- Check product drawings and parts list to ensure they match.
- Accurately record details of the assembly you are working on in our internal computer system and on paper documents.
- Keep your workspace and floor area clean and tidy and take care of assembly parts.
- Work flexibly, supporting other team members when asked.
- Develop your skills by completing online and classroom-based training and work towards the internationally recognised certification, IPC620.
- Complete our on-line safety training, take care of your own health and safety on site, and contribute towards a safe working environment for your team members.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a company pension scheme with up to 7% employer contribution, employee assistance programme, cashback medical support, high-street and online shopping discounts, discounted RAC coverage, and 195 hours annual leave plus public holidays.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Someone who arrives on time ready for the start of their shift.
- Works well as part of a team and on their own.
- Will ask questions when they don't understand and speak up if there is a problem or they need help.

- Has good manual dexterity and can handle small parts with care.
