Job Summary

Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior General Manager to lead the Operational Team in supporting Imaging services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly formed NHS Group, NHS Humber Health Partnership, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities

The Senior General Manager will be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic leadership and direction to the Operational Team
  • Developing and implementing operational business plans to improve service delivery and patient outcomes
  • Collaborating with the Director of Imaging Services and Care Group Board to ensure effective leadership and management of Imaging services
  • Accountable to the Care Group Chief of Service and responsible for the overall efficient and effective leadership, management, and performance of the Division

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in operational management and leadership
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and teams
