Spire Harpenden Hospital is seeking an experienced and committed Nurse to join our surgical teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care and be willing to learn new procedures and techniques under expert supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Hospital covers a wide variety of surgical procedures, and the successful candidate will support in assessing patients' health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.

They will actively promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements, collect and collate data, interpret information, and make a justifiable assessment.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse with experience in working in teams with minimum supervision.

Competence across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge acquired through state registration and additional training, is desirable.
