Reed Further Education is seeking a Health and Social Care Lecturer to join their team at a college in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lectures in Health and Social Care to a diverse group of learners.

The role involves preparing lesson plans and teaching materials that meet the curriculum requirements and the needs of all students. The lecturer will also be required to assess, monitor, support, and record student progress.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised Teaching Qualification, relevant Health and Social Care/Health Science qualification at a minimum of Level 3, Maths and English at a minimum of Level 2, and relevant industrial experience.

As a Health and Social Care Lecturer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of educational programmes. You will also participate in departmental meetings, committees, and college-wide initiatives.
