Horticultural Team Lead

As a seasoned horticultural professional, you will lead a team of experts in a fast-paced wholesale plant nursery environment. Reporting directly to the Nursery Manager, you will execute daily instructions and motivate your team to complete various tasks around the nursery, including potting and health and safety training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate a team of horticultural professionals
• Receive and execute daily instructions from the Nursery Manager
• Oversee a variety of tasks around the nursery, including potting and health and safety training
Requirements:
• Strong passion for horticulture, preferably in a commercial setting
• Recognised horticultural qualification desirable, but not essential
• Pesticide Application Certificates a big advantage, but training can be provided
