Manufacturing Process Leader

We are looking for a Manufacturing Process Leader to join our team in Wolverhampton. As a Manufacturing Process Leader, you will be responsible for supporting Quality Engineers, reviewing and enhancing Quality Control procedures, managing QC Goods In Inspector, PDI Process and Inspection team, and leading Quality Projects and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. The successful candidate will have experience working in a Manufacturing environment and supervising a team of Quality Engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and enhance Quality Control procedures
- Manage and lead QC Goods In Inspector
- Support and improve PDI Process and Inspection team
- Work with Managers and Team Leaders to ensure Quality Control compliance and improvement
- Enhance Customer complaint and internal non-conformance investigations
- Maintenance of quality records, control plans and checklists
- Co-ordinate Type Approval audits and inspections
- Lead Quality Projects and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
