We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Couples Therapist to join our team at Leone Centre, providing expert therapy services to individuals and couples.

Job Description

This role involves delivering high-quality therapy sessions, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to the growth and development of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, addressing relationship challenges and improving overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service provision, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance client outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and expanding your skillset.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Counselling or Psychotherapy, with UKCP or BACP registration.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Couples Therapist, with a strong focus on relationship dynamics and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in online scheduling systems and comfortable working with technology.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A salary range of £38,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
